It's about time to split my business mind to another person. Not that I get tired with my own business, but I really need someone's opinion. Other's creative thinking about how to increase our sales, managed the business passionately as much as I can. The 'one' that I can share and talk 100% about business.
Husband. Yup I do have a husband. My life partner. But I never seen him as my business partner since I started this business last year. His own work matters was never ending story. As a project manager I can't even talk about my business in our daily life. We do have different kind of thinking. Different kind of conversation. Even tho he's the one who gave me the capital for this business. But I guess he never interested in business. He was like a potential investor who never interested being a business partner.
*Sigh*
How to find the right partner?
Though I enjoyed doing the business alone, which I can make own decision, use our business money sesuka hati, but in the end I still need to discuss, talk, and have a serious meeting with someone called business partner. You can't be 'syok sendiri' in business line right?
A good friend? Acquaintance? Co-worker? Sub-ordinate? Family? Would or would not make a good business partner? He/ she obviously will effect my livelihood and also I will spend more time with him or her more than I spend time with my spouse!
I would love to have someone who have high standard (business thinking) and good energy that will allowed us to conquer the world together. A very high expectation in what are we going to give (the best) to our customers even we need to work until late night without any complaining. Yup.. This is what I can see now at my business area. Staffs will start complaining about how difficult their task is. How much will they earn if they work overtime.
Honestly, I am not the one who likes to fight with others (except husband). I will rather being silence and fired them once they out of control. I have too much ideas in my mind but to analyze everything I will get exhausted and become sleepy head. In the end, I will stand still in the same spot. No movement. No changes.
But rather than serious criteria that I'm looking for, I will pick someone that I can have fun more than anything. Work is serious. But when it come to play part, I will choose to be fun.
We are going to spend more time at fabric factory. Went oversea trip together. Arghh..
Happiness is fun. Work is fun. Challenge is fun. Pray is fun. In the end, I will pick my business partner rather than my spouse. Ok.. Just kidding.
Now, let's start hunting. Let's move on. Let's have started!

Random thoughts on weekend
I was browsing some information regarding Business Sales Analyst through Google.
Marked 9 months of my Butik Roses business since last August we've started offline business.
It was not easy as we thought it is. We have been convinced by previous boutique owner that the sales will incredibly high as KLCC tower, but in the end only God knows how much we earn monthly if we only rely on boutique sales.
Yes we had non-stoppable made-to-order customer, but to be frank I will blame the Giant location itself. I mean. If I can give you a picture of the current situation at Giant Hypermarket now, you will understand why our sales never achieved our target every month.
Everybody knows that the location of our Giant is isolated from congested area. We are in haunted area. Where only nearest area of this Giant that can only afford to come and buy groceries here. They won't come here for leisure. It's kind of emergency exit whenever you need something ASAP.
Sigh.
But thank God I'm willing to learn how to increase the sales. We are tying harder to sell everything through online too. Like the old days story. Bla bla bla..
I take this as a challenge tho. I'm just started with little capital. And I just have to learn and try harder. There won't be a shortcut to become rich and happy ever after. Waaaaaaa

I take this as a challenge tho. I'm just started with little capital. And I just have to learn and try harder. There won't be a shortcut to become rich and happy ever after. Waaaaaaa
Our latest product. Jubah or Abaya in duchess satin material. Luxe and of course covers Aurah 100%
But after handling this business alone for the past 8 months, I believed that there are few things that I have to trust and apply in order to achieve sales target every months.
No 1 - Never forget Allah S.W.T. Allah is always number 1 for me. The more you make Du'a to Him, the more He listened to you, the more He will help you. InsyaAllah.
Never leave Solat Sunat Dhuha in your daily basis. Yup. I just started with the Solat Sunat Dhuha. The power of it? MasyaAllah. It was un-spokeable. I was shocked with the outcome. Alhamdulillah Ya Allah.
No 2 - Never make excuses in everything you did.
Lazy. Tired. Negative thinking. These are all the poison for your failure. Plus, if you are the owner of the business, avoid all those bad attitude. Yup. There will be a day you become lazy. You became so tired and you can also avoid all negative thinking. But, please give a very deep thinking what will happen if you fall into all those bad habit? You won't get any advantages. In the end you are the one who hurt.
No 3 - Customer always right
There's a situation in our boutique last week. Which is I think it is too hard to accept. Fussy customer. Yup. There are a lot of fussy customer in this world. We are as always trying our best to best giving our services without fail. But Allah knows best. There won't be any hardship that Nabi Muhammad S.A.W people can't avoid. There will be one. At least one. You can;t be happy all the time right?
I always stick to customer always right. Because with that quote, I know that I can avoid fights, greed and dissatisfaction between my staff and customer. Indeed. when it happens, Sabar or patient is the only cure for us as a seller.
Allahuabar. Actually there's a lot. But, I need to go somewhere. I have to do a lot of things today as one of my staff are day off.
InsyaAllah. I will come back and write about my journey to the business world.
Even tho deep in my heart I always missing the safety boot. Safety helmet and safety vest. Allahuakbar.

Insurance Policy Cancel or Surrender or Terminate
Salam semua..
Lama aku tak bersiaran. Tengah sibuk tulis surat untuk cancel insurance mak aku..
Biasa lah.. Orang tua.. Kalau kol ke dia mana dia faham sangat pasal benda2 baru ni.. Zaman purba dulu mana ade insurance2 nih..
So, mak aku di kol oleh orang BSN. Offer insurance kata nya. Tak mahal pon. Ade 3 jenis covered insurance;
1 - Snatch Guard
2 - Hospital Income Plan Master Policy
3 - Home (aku tak ingat.lupa plak bawa policy tu)
So yang snatch guard bulan2 bayar RM20. Hospital income RM30.74. And yang home tu RM50 kot..
Total bulanan RM80+ la.. Tak banyak bagi sesetengah orang. Tapi bagi orang tua yang kuat berjimat cermat, RM10 tu precious sangat bagi dia.
So, mak aku start bayar insurance mula 2014. Dia mintak terminate la 2016. 2 tahun bayar. Dia minta aku cancel kan.. Tapi disebabkan takut kena deduct lagi duit dari duit simpanan bank BSN dia, aku pon suh mak aku kua kan semua duit dia..
Hehe
Rasa macam tak berbaloi kan.. Memang pon.. Kalau nak ambik, ambik la yang padan ngan umo nya. Da tua ambik la hospital covered. Segala bagai disease tu.. Isk..

So last week aku kol la Customer Service dia. 1800 88 88 11. Tapi disebabkan bukan aku pemilik policy tu dia mintak mak aku cakap ngan dia.. Gila hape.. Mak aku kat Sarawak. Aku kat KL.
So, dia mintak aku tulis surat je.. Akan ambik masa 5 hari bekerja katanya..
So aku pon anta surat ke dia.. By email la kan of course. Email: AIGMYCare@aig.com
Nanti da dapat feedback dari AIG aku update lagi..

Ke arah kesejahteraan hidup
Salam semua,
Nak masuk bulan ke-4 aku buka kedai kat Giant Putra Height.
Hari ni 22 November 2015.
Alhamdulillah. Sales amat memberangsangkan. Aku percaya setiap perniagaan ada naik turun nya.
Aku dan suami sangat buta bisnes. Tak tau nak mula dari mana. Melaburkan duit tanpa berfikir panjang. Tapi aku yakin kalau rajin dan ikhlas, insyaAllah bisnes akan maju.
Hari ini aku tergerak hati nak tulis blog sebab aku terkilan dengan butik sebelah pintu. Membuat kenduri tanpa menjemput aku dan pekerja aku.
Bukan makanan yang dicari tetapi silaturrahim yang ingin dijalinkan. Umum tahu pemilik lama kedai aku ni bergaduh dengan pemilik kedai sebelah. Tapi selepas bertukar pemilik bukan ke bagus kalau yang kusut dulu dijernihkan?
Aku rasa tindakan mereka adalah selfish, childish and non-professional. As owner, bukan ke maruah lagi penting.
Astagfirullah. Aku mohon pada-Mu ya Allah. Jauhkan lah aku dari orang-orang yang berfikiran negatif seperti mereka. Dan ampunkan la kejahilan dan kekhilafan mereka.
Aku tak suka gaduh. So bagi aku yang lepas biarlah lepas. Tapi aku tidak akan mengabaikan kebaikan doa orang teraniya sebab aku tau doa orang teraniya sentiasa makbul.
Semoga kedai aku dilimpahkan rezeki yang banyak. Amin.
Ilmu bisnes harusllah dalam sebelum membuka kedai. Itu yng aku pelajari selama 3 bulan ni.
Sentiasa mengikut ceramah dan sminar. Menambah ilmu di dada. Yang mana kita rasa dah cukup ilmu tetapi sebenarnya terlalu banyak kekosongan yang perlu diisi.
Akhir kata. Action speaks louder than words.
Be smart. Once people get hurt on behalf of your stupid action, it won't get heal immediately. Or what can I say, maybe it won't heal forever??

Trip ke Guangzhou, China 2015 Part 1
Salam semua.
Sementara menunggu waktu balik kerja kat butik sendiri ni baik aku tulis blog pasal trip ke Guangzhou.
Aku ngan laki aku ikut trip borong di Guangzhou tu. Aku ikut kursus ngan group laen. Tapi ikut trip ngan group laen. Hehe
Sebab group yang aku ikut kursus tu tak open lagi nak g trip borong China. So aku join je la group mana yang available. Kalau korang nak join group yang aku ikut ni follow la instagram : pemborongchina. Muka aku betimbun dalam tu.. Haha
Guide dia Melayu. Muda belia lagi. Sempoi lagi. Selesa la jalan ngan dia..
Flight ticket kami beli AirAsia la of course. Beli sebulan before fly. Pegi balik 2 org adela RM1800 mcm tu..
Ground package ngan pemborongchina RM1337 sorang. Pakej termasuk lah 5 hari 4 malam punya penginapan. Visa included. Semua dia buatkan..Makan malam 3x, lunch 2x, transport 2 hari dan on the way ke airport hari last. Sampai airport China memang ade orang ambik la..
Hotel yang di pilih adalah selesa. Rasa macam pegi honeymoon. Haha
Cuma time aku pegi cuaca panas mcm Malaysia gak. Mak aii.. Jalan kena laju la sebab jam 11am terik dia Nauzubillah. Memang panas.
Kenapa aku pilih pemborongchina? Kenapa tak ikut trip laen?
Sebab 1) Ground package murah. Memang trip ni dinamakan trip survival. Maksudnya hanya 2 hari dibawa dengan van ke sana sini. Di bawa makan sana sini. Kekadang rasa convenience. Kekadang rasa rimas sebab kena gerak dalam group. Kalau tak minat kat tempat borong lain kena gak ikut group. Tak best kan? Kita nak beli barang pon rasa tak selesa sbb kesian orang laen tengah tunggu.
So lepas 2 hari tu korang jalan sendiri la. Pegi la mana pon. Setakat naik tren, teksi tak kan tak biasa kot. Tapi kalau bawa budak and orang tua aku suggest ikutla trip yang mahal sikit. Sebab memang trip ni banyak sangat berjalan. Orang tua and budak tak kan tahan punya.
Sebab 2) Kos shipping kontena murah. Aku g kursus and survey group trip laen da. Rata-rata ambik kos shipping RM450 - RM490 utk 1cbm. per cubic meter. Google la ek. Aku malas nak ajar math. Haha
Utk pemborongchina ni dia kenakan RM350/cbm je. Murah RM100. So kami yang plan nak g China nak borong kain ni memang ngam la ambik kos shipping yang murah.
Tu je la sebab nya. Korang survey la lagi. Kalau jumpa yang murah komen kat bawah. Haha
So sambung citer trip. Flight kiteorang jam 5.30am. So lepas aku tutup kedai, balik umah packing apa yang patut lagi. Jam 1 pagi minta kawan suami hantar g epot. Nak naik ERL konfem dah tak de. Kot.
Sampai2 kumpul kat MarryBrown. Jam 3.30 start masuk boarding. Duit tuka? Mak aii.. Tym aku pegi la duit Malaysia jatuh gila2. Dulu 100 yuan = RM50 je.. Time aku tukar tu 100 yuan = RM68. Tengok kat airport money changer lagi dasyat. 100 yuan = RM74. Kteorg tukar 17K yuan je..
Berapa RM? Kira kann.. Haha.. 17K x 0.68..
Duit palsu? Ntah la.. Aku memang kena ajar cara tengok duit palsu tu tym g seminar borong di China. Kalau tuka kat money changer, biasa machine dia memang detect duit palsu. Canggih da sekarang. Aku tuka kat IOI City Mall & Giant Putra Height. So far tak jumpa lagi duit palsu. Cara nak check duit palsu China adalah; gosok kat kolar baju uncle dalam duit yuan tu. Kalau gosok sampai rasa kasar je kolar dia tu ori la tu duit dia..
Jam 5.30am kami mula fly. Alhamdulillah flight ok. Takde turbulence sgt. Ke aku yang tido mati. Bayangkan malam tu tak tido. Duduk je dalam flight mata aku da tutup. Haha
Jam 9.30am sampai kat Guangzhou. Jam tak yah adjust. Masa sama je ngan kita kat Malaysia.
Sampai2 je van datang ambik then bawa pegi Baiyun Leather. Tempat borong handbags. Gila banyak handbags. Tapi kan first time datang tu mamai lagi. Rasa sayang je nak pakai duit.
Ni nak bagi ceramah sikit. Korang pegi sana nak borong ape? Memang untuk borong or jalan2 je? Kalau memang nak borong kain, please la pegi straight whole trip pegi tempat borong kain. Sebab once ko dah pegi tempat borong gadget, borong pakaian, borong handbag, kepala ko akan jadi kusut. Macam aku... haha
Ok. So kat tempat borong handbag tu banyak la beg PU, gred beg ade mcm2 gred.. Kat sini ko akan rasa mampu beli beg Hermes, beg kulit ular, buaya dan sewaktu dengannya. Kulit beg dia memang superb gila.. Serius! Kalau tak ingatkan niat utama memang abis duit yuan aku derma kat kedai jual beg tu.
Oh ye. Aku kan mixed chinese. Mak aku cina masuk Islam. So setakat Mandarin basic tu tau la. Setakat tanya harga, borak biasa aku boleh la. Tak sangka berguna kat sana. So kalau korang memang tak de basic mandarin tu print siap2 la translation english-chinese. Senang. Sebab orang sana memang 2% je yang tau cakap english.
So far aku tak beli beg la hari pertama. Guru besar yang sekali ngan kteorg tu je yg borong banyak. Haha cikgu cikgu.
Lepas dari tempat borong beg, kteorg g makan kat Restoran Muslim Abdullah. Halal la of course. Sedap gak makanan dia. Siap ade surau kat belakang. So boleh la solat Zohor & Asar sekali.
So lepas makan balik hotel check in. Baru nak check in tau. Penat nak mampus.
Hotel memang selesa sungguh. Rasa tak larat je nak bangun lepas dapat baring tu.

Sebab once ko dah pegi tempat borong gadget, borong pakaian, borong handbag, kepala ko akan jadi kusut. Macam aku... haha
Ok. So kat tempat borong handbag tu banyak la beg PU, gred beg ade mcm2 gred.. Kat sini ko akan rasa mampu beli beg Hermes, beg kulit ular, buaya dan sewaktu dengannya. Kulit beg dia memang superb gila.. Serius! Kalau tak ingatkan niat utama memang abis duit yuan aku derma kat kedai jual beg tu.
Oh ye. Aku kan mixed chinese. Mak aku cina masuk Islam. So setakat Mandarin basic tu tau la. Setakat tanya harga, borak biasa aku boleh la. Tak sangka berguna kat sana. So kalau korang memang tak de basic mandarin tu print siap2 la translation english-chinese. Senang. Sebab orang sana memang 2% je yang tau cakap english.
So far aku tak beli beg la hari pertama. Guru besar yang sekali ngan kteorg tu je yg borong banyak. Haha cikgu cikgu.
Ni kiteorg jalan kat bahagian bawah bangunan. Ade jual branded handbag PU Leather. Yang Grade Premium dalam bangunan Baiyun.
Aku tak tau knapa cikgu ni asyik di depan aku tym aku amik gamba. Haha Tengok tak lorong orang jual handbag tu. Jalan sampai ke bawah, ke dalam lagi. Semua jual henbekkk..
Kagum dengan semangat orang china bisnes kat sana. Selagi ada tempat, selagi ada masa, selagi ada kudrat menjual, dorang buat je. Muda-muda semua bisnes. Muda belia kita g mana? Waaaaaaa
Contoh beg dijual di lorong guangzhou. Kualiti kulit dia memang superb. Korang cari kat GM Klang tak jumpa nih..
Lepas dari tempat borong beg, kteorg g makan kat Restoran Muslim Abdullah. Halal la of course. Sedap gak makanan dia. Siap ade surau kat belakang. So boleh la solat Zohor & Asar sekali.
Macam tau je aku tengah lapar. Semua makanan biasa jadi sedap. Haha
Jadual waktu solat ni korang leh la tengok kat tenet. Restoran biasa ade free wifi.
So lepas makan balik hotel check in. Baru nak check in tau. Penat nak mampus.
Hotel memang selesa sungguh. Rasa tak larat je nak bangun lepas dapat baring tu.
Kalau kat hotel Malaysia ade Nescafe, Coffee, Tea ke.. Kat China yang ni banyak betul dia letak kat bilik. Tak free maybe. Kalau guna kena bayar tau. Haha Korang tau tak benda tu? Kalau tak tau bagus lahhh..
So lepas rehat rehat. Malam tu kiteorg makan kat restoran muslim dekat ngan hotel je. Jalan kaki 3 minit sampai. Kalau ko superman 3 saat da sampai.
Malam tu tido nyenyak betul. Bawa la minyak angin, minyak kapak, vicks ke.. Aku sapu losyen Mustajab Yusmira kat kaki sebelum tido. Tido memang tak sempat mimpi ape.. Haha
So itu je untuk my part 1 trip ke Guangzhou China. Will be continue ok..

Trip Ke China 2015 - Pre China
Salam semua.
Sempena trip ke china minggu depan ni aku nak rajinkan diri update pasal preparation kami untuk ke China. For first timer la..
Tiket Airasia ni baru beli awal bulan ari tu. Bisnes punya pasal. Terpaksa gagahkan diri ke China. Untuk mendapat info dan ilmu yang lebih. Semoga bisnes aku lebih maju dan maju nanti. Amin.
Pre-China Preparation ni aku start dengan penukaran duit ke Chinese Yuan. So far sekarang duit Malaysia memang jatuh menjunam. Semalam aku usha kat IOI City Mall. Kat Ground Floor. Depan Index Living Mall tu. 68.85. Memang mahal gila..
Pastu hari ni nekad nak tuka gak sebab minggu depan dah nak fly (-_-). So hari ni dapat 100yuan = RM67.85. Mintak kurang tak dapat2. Fedup gak.. Bukan nak tuka 50 hinggit pon..10K ok..
Tak dapat kurang kat kedai Visionay Creation. Pegi money changer kat sebelah. Dapat la 67.80..
So aku pon tuka la RM8000 kat kedai Global tu. Siap check duit tu fake note ke tak.. Info sikit untuk yang tak tau check duit china palsu ke tak, gosok kat baju uncle dalam duit china tu.. gosok gosok sampai rasa kesat baju uncle tu.. Kalau korang gosok duit dia rasa halus je kan.. kalau gosok baju collar uncle tu rasa la kesat sikit.. So, duit tu ori la..
Ilmu ni aku dapat masa g seminar borong China.. Semoga semua dapat manfaat.
Lepas pusing2, shopping barang2 nak g china, aku g round balik tempat money changer. Alamak. Turun lagi duit China. Jadi 67.70 utk 100 Yuan. Aku pn gigih la berbaris kat Maybank sebelah money changer tu nak tuka lagi RM2000. Ingatkan nak tuka lagi 5k tapi dah melebihi had pengeluaran plak..
Ok. Duit tuka da ade. Barang2 keperluan yang aku bawa:
1. Kasut Sukan - Aku bawa 2. Satu extra takut kena hujan.
2. Baju Hujan
3. Payung
4. Calculator kecik
5.Universal Plug. Aku ade bagi contoh plug kat China mcmna kat bawah.
6. Makanan ringan. Maggi, serunding, kicap
7. Tupperware
8. Ubat-ubatan
9. Pakaian dalam. Haha
Kalau yang bagus nya korang gi seminar borong china tu before g China. Banyak ilmu dapat.
Tiket jangan lupa check in dan parint siap2. Make sure lugage beli lebih. Jangan beli kurang. Kang nak tambah kat airport nangis nak membayar.

Duit tak semua letak di tempat yang sama. Dah siap asingkan 1000Yuang 1 envelope. Duit untuk teksi, untuk makan, untuk shopping.
Sorang hanya boleh bawa RM10000 je dari Malaysia. So make sure sorng jangan pegang lebih dari tu. Kena tahan dek kastam tak tau ah..
Contoh kepala plug kat China. So beli la universal charger yang sewaktu dengan nya.

From Jobless to Job-Over-Pack
Known me as 'Penganggur' for almost a year since my last employment on September 2014 with MMC-Gamuda as engineer.
Further study for Master have been called off since we purchased a boutique at Giant Hypermarket Putra Height on my recently birthday. It's quite shocked for us. Who didn't have any experience in business handling. Both of us tried to expedite our business studies in order our boutique can run smoothly and successfully.
With over grow online and offline boutique in Klang Valley, I found that it's a very big challenges for us. We have to compete with almost 500(maybe) online and offline boutiques! Or maybe more than that.
But I feel so thankful for having this boutique in Giant. You won't have a zero sale in a day because a lot of people come over Giant for groceries shopping. So there will be a customer come over for alteration, custom made and shop our stuff here. Alhamdulillah.
We target by September, our website and boutique will be successfully can be run accordingly. Amin.
Now the only thing that happen in my brain was sales, and staff. Oh gosh! It's not easy to find a good staff that can be reliable, trustworthy and hardworking! I wish to have Malaysian working at my boutique but what can I say is I just feel so disappointing. In the end Indonesian workers always the best and reliable.
That's for today. Will update more when the boutique's appearance changed!
